Fixed picks being wiped after deploys — database setup no longer uses version numbers that could reset and re-run destructive migrations.
Removed preseason and postseason entirely — all related picks, games, and data are deleted. Regular season only (18 weeks).
Hardened pick saving so real picks are never overwritten by penalty or email logic.

Stopped preseason pick reminders and duplicate week-open emails; one regular-season email per week only.
Week-open email now sends 6 hours before the first kickoff (not every 12 hours).
Fixed pick-reset issues tied to email and migration logic.
Homepage alerts (Steven admin tab) now support plain HTML.
Board posts no longer show broken character codes like ' for apostrophes.
Teams on a bye week cannot be picked — disabled on the Make Pick page.
Added bye-week rule to the Rules page and an admin setting to toggle it.
Team pages show a BYE row in the schedule when a team has no game that week.
Teams page lists which teams are on bye each week (weeks with no byes are hidden).

Renamed Scores to Schedule across the site (URLs redirect from old /scores links).
